I could sing an ode to all the women walking;
Instead I'll shut my mouth so you can hear them talking.

It's too soon to talk about our guns. Oh, it's too soon to talk about our guns. Yes it's too soon to talk today— Let's let them grieve and let us pray Until we say it's time to talk about our guns.
It's not time to talk about our guns, And it's not time to talk about the dead. Daily, guns kill ninety-three, But that's the price for liberty. Can't you see there's nothing to be said, And it's not time to talk about the dead.
The right to bear arms shall not be infringed No matter what the cost. That right should be enjoyed even if you're unhinged No matter how many are lost.
Besides, it's too late to talk about our guns. It's too late to talk or hide or run. Ignore public opinion polls, Forget about gun controls— They won't heal your bullet holes Or save the souls of your daughters or your sons. Sorry... It's too late to talk about our guns.
